1. Acceptance of Risk
By using our services, you (the Customer) acknowledge that all clothing and linen submitted are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We (the Service) are not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for this standard laundering process.
2. Limitation of Liability for Damage
Maximum Liability: Our liability for any damaged item shall not exceed $100 per garment, or 10 times the cost of cleaning that garment, whichever is lower.
Total Order Liability: Total liability for an entire order shall not exceed $300.
Wear and Tear: We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions.
Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing weaknesses, defects, or aged materials.
3. Limitation of Liability for Lost Items
Inventory Policy: We do not inventory or count individual items in wash-and-fold bags. We accept no responsibility for missing items unless reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Maximum Reimbursement: Liability for lost items is capped at a maximum of $100 item.
Non-Clothes Items: We are not responsible for money, jewelry, or any other personal items left in clothing or bags.
4. Unattended Pickup and Drop-off
Liability Transition: Items left for pickup are not under our care until we have retrieved them. Items left for delivery are no longer under our care once they have been delivered to the predetermined location (e.g., front door, porch).
Risk Assumption: The Customer accepts all risk of loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended for pickup or delivery.
5. Prohibited Items
We reserve the right to refuse to service items that may be hazardous to our staff (e.g., heavily soiled with biohazards) or items requiring special care (NO DRY CLEAN ONLY). If these items are included in your bag, they are processed at your own risk. (IF HANG DRY ONLY NEED PLACED IN SEPARATE BAG THATS CLEARLY LABELED AT PICKUP)
6. Reporting Claims
Any claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 24 hours after receiving your laundry.
7.Minimum Order & Fees
Orders are subject to a minimum weight/price (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF 15/LBS) and a fee may apply for missed pickups/deliveries.

Customer Preparation & Rules (Do's & Don'ts)
Empty All Pockets: All pockets must be cleared of coins, keys, tissues, and jewelry. The service is not responsible for items damaged or lost due to negligence.
Bag Usage: Clothes must be placed in a proper bag for pickup; either disposable or washable bag. NO BASKETS.
Bag Security: Ensure bags are securely tied or zipped to avoid lost items.
Identify Special Items: Clearly identify items needing special care such as “air dry only” these items need to be placed into a separate bag at pickup and clearly labeled. Do not include items that are "dry clean only”.
Specify Preferences: Notify staff of preferences for detergents (scented vs. hypoallergenic/free & clear), and if dryer sheets or scent beads are wanted, or folding requirements (e.g., hangers). HANGERS WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT-WE DO NOT PROVIDE HANGERS
No Heavily Soiled Items: (What Is Considered Too Soiled) Biohazards Items contaminated with human or animal waste, vomit, blood, or bodily fluids. Infestations: Items containing or suspected of containing bed bugs, lice, or other pests.Excessive Materials: Items saturated with mud, oil, grease, or hazardous chemical residues.
What to Do Instead
Pre-wash: If items are heavily soiled but not hazardous, it is best to rinse or wash them at home first.
In summary, the rule is to only send clothes suitable for a standard wash and dry cycle. Anything that poses a health risk to staff or a contamination risk to other clothing is generally prohibited.
For Service Pick-Up & Delivery (Doorstep)
Accessibility: Place laundry in a secure, accessible location (porch, lobby).
Communication: Relay any special instructions prior to pickup.
Scheduling: Ensure the bag is out by the designated time.
